NCL To Expand Miami Headquarters in Airport Corporate Center

Miami - Diciembre 08, 2006 --- NCL Corporation today announced that its principal cruise business, Norwegian Cruise Line ("NCL"), has signed a major long-term renewal and expansion of its lease at its current headquarters in Airport Corporate Center, an 11-building office campus located in the Airport West/Doral section of Miami.
At this location since 1996, NCL currently leases a total of 208,737 square feet or approximately 20 percent of the Airport Corporate Center campus (including all of building 11 and almost 65 percent of building 10). With the expansion, NCL is leasing an additional 26,000 square feet, and securing expansion options over an additional 40,000 square feet.

Over the next 24 to 36 months, the company plans to renovate its current space, including the addition of a cafeteria, gym and conference facility.
"The refurbished space will provide a smoother, more efficient operation and will facilitate NCL’s continued growth," Veitch added.
